What Foodstuffs Do You Have to Avoid?
As a diabetic, you should avoid many things. The first things that you want to cut out are sugary foods. Obvious sources of sugar are sodas, cakes, candies, pastries, chocolate and sugary syrups and breakfast foods. There are also additional sources of sugar that you should avoid.
